This is a non-refundable $300 deposit to reserve your 1/4 Beef.
This amount is subtracted from your total payment to us, which is due at the time your beef is delivered to the processor.
Customer is responsible for beef pick up unless otherwise arranged, delivery is available for additional charge. All processing is done at The Cut in Rosebush Michigan.
